As an adult carer, you may qualify for a passport to leisure card. This will mean you'll save:
25% off our cafes
The passport to leisure card also entitles you to a 25% discount at:

50% off at leisure centres
You'll save 50% off most of the services available at your local council leisure centre, such as swimming, gym and classes.
If you wish to use a leisure centre gym, you must have an induction.
The 50 per cent discount is not available on gym inductions, however you will be charged the concession rate.
If our team member identifies that you qualify, they will ask you to complete a ‘passport to leisure’ application form. You can fill it in straightaway and hand it back to our team member, or do it later and take it to your local council leisure centre.
Once your card is ready, your local council leisure centre will contact you. You can pick it up on your first visit.
