There are a range of ways to get in touch with us depending on the nature of your enquiry.
Adult social care team - general enquiries
If you have a query related to arranging adult care, these links may help:

You can also contact us by either of the following methods:
Adult social care team - emergency contact
If you need to talk to someone urgently outside of normal office hours (Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5pm), you can contact our emergency duty team.
They are available:
- Monday to Thursday, 5pm - 7.30am the following morning - to provide overnight cover
- Friday, 4.30pm to Monday, 7.30am - providing 24 hour cover at the weekend
- throughout Bank Holidays.

Please note: a telephone operator will answer your call and take your details. They will pass them to the emergency team who will return your call as soon as possible.
There may be times when they are dealing with a number of enquiries or carrying out an urgent assessment - you'll be advised on any potential delays when you call.
